Event Details

Total body conditioning including core, cardio and toning with this fun, unique training. All the exercises are adapted to your existing physical condition, so you can do this no matter your fitness level. 

Learn how to train to lose weight, get stronger, leaner and more toned. Learn how to do this on your own so you can go in to any gym or train at your home safely and effectively.

 This program has helped people lose up to 150 pounds and many lose the extra 30-40 pounds they hate carrying around. If you have limited mobility, we’ll adjust the training for you.

 Come to this training to start the year right .

 Bring a good attitude, a water bottle and a towel, everything else is provided. Bring a friend with you too.
