Beginners Bedtime Yoga. Grab your yoga gear and head to the Scott County Public Library for a revitalizing practice on the mat. This yoga flow centers on gentle stretching and restorative poses, perfect to wind down for your evening. While it is aimed for beginners, those familiar with yoga are welcome to attend as well. Please bring a water bottle, a mat, and any other yoga props you would like to use. Proper social distancing is required, and this program is registration only.
